Delivery Policy

Moonterra is committed to delivering flowers safely and on schedule. Please review our delivery terms below before placing your order.

Delivery Areas

We provide same day flower delivery within the Los Angeles area. Delivery availability depends on distance and location. If your address is outside our standard service area, please contact us before ordering to confirm delivery options.

Same Day Delivery

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (local time) may qualify for same day delivery.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM are scheduled for the next business day unless a specific arrangement is confirmed with our team in advance.

Delivery Time Window

Deliveries are completed between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM, seven days a week.
Specific delivery times are not guaranteed unless a time-specific delivery option is arranged. Moonterra is not responsible for missed time requests when a standard delivery option is selected.

For event-related or time-sensitive deliveries, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on distance and delivery location.
Additional fees may apply for rush orders or extended-distance deliveries.

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is not available, our courier may leave the flowers in a safe location, such as with a neighbor or at the door in a shaded area, when possible.

If the flowers cannot be safely left, a second delivery attempt may be scheduled for an additional fee. Delivery confirmation will be sent by email or text once completed.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.
If an incorrect address requires a second delivery attempt, a $30 re-delivery fee will apply.

Special Delivery Instructions

Any special instructions, including gate codes, apartment numbers, or access notes, should be entered at checkout. Missing details may result in delivery delays or additional fees.

Holiday Deliveries

During high-demand holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, delivery times may vary. We strongly recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance during these periods.

Delivery Confirmation

A delivery confirmation will be sent once the order has been successfully delivered only upon the request 

Delivery Limitations

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
For locations with restricted access, including hospitals, office buildings, or secured properties, the customer is responsible for ensuring access or notifying the recipient to receive the order.

Non-Delivery Situations

If delivery cannot be completed due to conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or recipient inaccessibility, we will contact you to arrange rescheduling or discuss available refund options.
